The proposal will be the beginning of our onboarding process. Your client portal will be next and there you will find all the information pertaining to your special day. Our planners will create a personalized action plan unique to your engagement length and your priorities.

One of the most important parts of your action plan is to select a group of vendors. We have a short list of vendors we trust and recommend. Still, we are always happy to work with new vendors that you love. Our team will help negotiate contracts, insurance, and other logistical details.

This is one of my favorite parts. It is time to narrow our ideas and pick every detail. Decorations, guest favors, and personal mementos are the things that will set your wedding apart. Our team will put together a design board for you to see how everything fits. Through your client portal, you will be able to edit your board until it reaches perfection

We will make sure all vendors are aware of the timeline for perfect execution on the day of, especially photos and videos, we do not want them to miss a thing.

The night before our coordinators will lead rehearsal with the couple and their families. They will be able to answer any last-minute questions and share pertinent timeline information with the wedding party. On the day of your wedding, they will make sure everything goes according to plan and will quickly resolve any issues that arise. Your job is to have fun and remember they come prepared with an emergency kit in case someone forgot to wear deodorant!
